Privacy Policy
The Mobile App Solution LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) builds Bloom Garden (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes how the App handles information. In short: we do not collect, receive, or store any personal information about you on our servers. Bloom Garden uses two Apple-provided services — Game Center and iCloud (CloudKit) — to sync your progress and post your scores. Both are handled by Apple on your behalf, both are optional, and both can be turned off at any time.
1. Information we do not collect
We do not operate any servers that collect data from the App, and the App does not include any analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party SDKs that send data about you to us or to anyone else. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials.
- Your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
- Device identifiers such as IDFA, IDFV, or advertising IDs.
- Usage analytics, event logs, or crash reports sent to us.
2. Information stored on your device
To let you pick up where you left off, the App stores the following on your device using Apple’s standard storage APIs:
- Your level progress, star ratings, and high scores.
- Your settings preferences (sound, music, haptics, etc.).
- Anonymous counters used to drive in-game achievements.
You can remove this information at any time by deleting the App. If you use iCloud Backup, Apple may include App data in your backups in accordance with Apple’s own privacy practices.
3. iCloud sync (CloudKit)
Bloom Garden uses Apple’s iCloud service (CloudKit) to sync your level progress across the Apple devices you own, so that the progress you make on your iPhone also shows up on your iPad or Mac. The following information is synced to the private iCloud database tied to your own Apple ID:
- Your level progress and completion records (stars earned, high score per level, timestamps).
This data lives in your iCloud account, not in ours. We do not have access to it, and we cannot read, export, or share it. Apple, acting as a data processor for you, handles this data in accordance with Apple’s privacy policy. Syncing only happens when you are signed in to iCloud and iCloud Drive is enabled for Bloom Garden; if iCloud is unavailable, the App falls back automatically to local-only storage on the device.
You can disable iCloud sync for Bloom Garden at any time:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → [your name] → iCloud → See All → Bloom Garden → turn off.
- Mac: System Settings → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Drive → Apps Syncing to iCloud Drive → deselect Bloom Garden.
- Or sign out of iCloud entirely on the device.
Turning off iCloud does not delete progress on your device — the App simply stops syncing. To permanently delete synced Bloom Garden data from your iCloud account, use Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Bloom Garden → Delete Data from iCloud.
4. Apple Game Center
Bloom Garden integrates with Apple Game Center to support leaderboards (Total Score, Best Level Score) and achievements. Signing in to Game Center is optional. If you choose to sign in, the following information is handled directly by Apple under Apple’s Game Center privacy policy:
- Your Game Center nickname (the one you chose with Apple).
- Your scores and achievement progress for Bloom Garden.
We do not receive your Apple ID, real name, or email address. Leaderboard and achievement data is transmitted from your device to Apple’s Game Center servers and governed by Apple’s policies, not ours. You can disable Game Center for Bloom Garden at any time in Settings → Game Center (iPhone/iPad) or System Settings → Game Center (Mac). For more information, see Apple’s Game Center & Privacy page.
5. Apple App Store
When you download or purchase Bloom Garden from the App Store, Apple collects information about the transaction in accordance with Apple’s privacy policy. We receive aggregated, anonymized sales and download reports from Apple; we do not receive information that identifies individual buyers.
6. Children’s privacy
Bloom Garden is designed to be family-friendly and is rated 4+. Because the App does not collect personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and with similar laws in other jurisdictions. Apple’s Game Center and iCloud services used by the App are subject to Apple’s Family Sharing and parental-controls settings, which you can configure in the Screen Time settings on each device.
7. Third-party services
Aside from Apple’s own Game Center and iCloud services described above, Bloom Garden does not use any third-party services that collect information about you.
8. Your rights
Because we do not receive or store personal information, we have nothing about you to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. For the data Apple holds on your behalf through Game Center and iCloud, please review the privacy settings on your device, Apple’s privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy, or Apple’s Data & Privacy portal at privacy.apple.com.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date at the top of the page and, if appropriate, notify you through the App or the App Store listing. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the revised policy.
