Frequently asked questions

How do I play Bloom Garden?

Swap two adjacent blossoms to make a row or column of three or more matching tiles. Cleared tiles fall away, and new blossoms cascade in from above — sometimes triggering additional matches for big combo scores. Each level has a goal shown at the top (collect a number of flowers, clear obstacles, reach a score, etc.). Reach the goal before you run out of moves to earn up to three stars.

What are Row, Column, and Bomb gardeners?

Match four blossoms in a row to grow a Row Gardener who clears an entire row when matched. A vertical four-match grows a Column Gardener. Match five in a row for a Bomb, which clears a small area. Match an L or T shape to grow a Legendary Harvester. Two gardeners side by side can be combined for a much bigger clear — experimenting is half the fun.

I can’t find a match. What do I do?

If there are no possible matches on the board, the game will automatically shuffle the tiles for you — you won’t lose a move. If you’d like a hint, tap the question button in the HUD and Bloom Garden will highlight a suggested move.

How do I restore my progress on a new device?

As long as you’re signed in to the same Apple ID and iCloud is enabled for Bloom Garden, your level progress syncs automatically through iCloud. Install the App on the new iPhone, iPad, or Mac, and your stars and completions should appear within a few moments of first launch.

If you restore a new device from an iCloud backup or Migration Assistant, progress comes along the same way. Game Center achievements and leaderboard scores follow your Apple Game Center account automatically as long as you’re signed in to Game Center on each device.

My Game Center leaderboard score didn’t post. Why?

Make sure Game Center is enabled in Settings → Game Center and that you’re signed in. Scores are submitted when a level ends, so if you were offline during that moment your device will retry automatically the next time it has a connection. If the issue persists, please email us with your Game Center nickname and the level number.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email support@bloomgardencascade.com with:

1) A short description of what happened.
2) The level or screen where it occurred.
3) Your device model and operating system version (iOS, iPadOS, or macOS).
4) A screenshot or screen recording, if you can capture one.

It helps enormously, and lets us fix things faster.

Is Bloom Garden free? Are there ads or in-app purchases?

Bloom Garden is a paid App Store purchase. There are no ads, no tracking, and no in-app purchases — one download and every level is yours.

Does Bloom Garden work offline?

Yes. The game plays fully offline — every level is bundled with the App and no internet connection is required. A connection is only used to sync your progress through iCloud (optional) and to post scores to Game Center (optional). If you’re offline, the App queues those updates and sends them the next time you have a connection.

Which devices are supported?

Bloom Garden supports:

iPhone running iOS 18 or later (tested on iPhone 12 and newer for smooth 60 FPS play).
iPad running iPadOS 18 or later (runs well on most modern iPads, including iPad mini and iPad Pro).
Mac running macOS 15 Sequoia or later, via Mac Catalyst (Apple Silicon and recent Intel Macs).

How do I reset my progress?

You can reset all progress from the in-game Settings → Reset Progress screen. This cannot be undone. Game Center achievements you’ve already earned will remain on your Game Center account.
